Clean, spacious, aesthetically pleasing and their equipment is always . The running track is also inviting....the breakfast at the coffee shop is DELICIOUS and their wifi is ALWAYS good . Parking space is galore. It's always a pleasure going there and the staff members are friendly and helpful . I'm yet to attend the group training/pilates but I've witness a boxing class and looked like IT BANGED
It's okay. In the 7 years that I've been in and out there was only one major upgrade. Since then not much. The machines are well maintained but are getting a bit outdated. The staff are friendly but the management are hard on them it seems since the staff don't hold out very long. All in all a good gym, can be better but its decent.
Sauna is never but never working.... ladies' area needs some attention. Water aerobics are boring. There are too many members in the same time slots. Mrs bodybuilding posing with high heels in the training area also not very helpful. Not enough waterstations, and the list goes on. But they are still the only brand gym in Witbank. Without competition, they will never be on top of their game.
Nice gym and clean But they should make a rule about people putting back equipment like weights where they got them .they always leave things lying around trip harzards all over.
Just received my 1 month free guest access. Will keep you posted. All looks good. Front desk staff is absolutely fantastic!
Absolutely terrible sales staff. I wanted to try out the gym with the 7 day free trial that planet fitness offers. The sales staff didn't want to assist me and insisted that for me to try out the gym, I first have to commit to a 2 year membership.
Been there for 3 years now and the rowing machines still haven't been repaired? We I asked management they keep saying they will work on it
Called in to find pricing on packages, and sales agent got upset because i did not want to give him my contact details first. Got rediculously rude. They clearly think they're Gods gift to witbank. Stay away to avoid terrible service.
Very nice place enjoy so much and service are good.
Some equipment is renewed but the staff who is supposed to disinfect and pick up weights out of designated zones are found playing on their phones and wheigts piling up needless to say there is no weights left on the racks and you are forced to use someone elses weight and disinfect yourself
