Prepped Kitchen

I've been using Prep Kitchen for several months now. The meals have always been delivered on time, are always fresh and really tasty! Although it's a subscription service you can pause your subscription easily online, which is great when I know I won't be home that week. The team especially Sophia have always been super helpful if I've missed the cut off for the subscription that week and I forget to pause my order, I've emailed them and they've allowed me to reschedule my order and refunded me. Can't fault the service and the meals :

Been using for ~2 months now. They are leagues above other meal prep companies in terms of the sheer variety of meals on offer, everything tastes great and the macros are ideal for lifters at around 50g of protein per meal. The site is easy to use and they give a lot of flexibility in managing your subscriptions/making last minute changes if you fancy and everything is delivered promptly on Sundays. Possibly my only minor gripe is that they could use boxes with a hard replaceable lid rather than a peeled film which would be more convenient for eating on the go. But on the whole they are fantastic and I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for a convenient and healthy alternative to cooking.

I have been using PrepKitchen for about 3.5 years and they are an absolute staple in our diet. The meals are super convenient for being a busy working mum with two young children and also wanting to keep on top of my health and performance goals! The meal menu is extensive and all of them are delicious. I can’t recommend such a reliable, friendly company enough. Keep up the good work guys.

Have been getting prep kitchen for about a month now and seriously impressed! Have tried various meal deliveries and this is easily the best. The meals are very balanced, have at least 40g of protein the ones I’ve had anyway and very delicious. Would avoid most of the pasta dishes expect the gnocchi, which is delish. You need a sharp knife to get the plastic off the packs as it’s stuck on so well but minor gripes! You also get to choose your meals every week from a big range, so after a couple of weeks you can refine to your favourites and it’s perfect!

Really enjoy the variety and quality of the prep kitchen meals. Other services I have used have been good, these meals are GREAT! Also, the packaging is significantly more robust than some of the competition, which matters; very rarely have to call in for busted deliveries, with others it's a weekly occurrence.

Amazing variety of dishes and they're delicious. Not just the same old chicken and rice like most meal prep companies. Food is really quality, I look forward to meal times. Can't fault the service either, top draw. Been using them for a year now and still not bored.

All the ease of ready meals without compromising on my health! I live a busy life of long, tiring days at work and getting home late. These help me keep a good, balanced diet of varied meals without having to worry so much about shopping and especially cooking. Nicely frees up time for the gym and other pursuits. Combined with a varied menu and very reasonable pricing vs. 'Cook at home' competitors, this has been a mainstay of my life for 2-3 years by now.

I’ve been using prep kitchen for 6 months now and absolutely love it. the meals are filling and absolutely delicious, there are great new choices every week and I’ve always had reliable delivery on a Sunday! I’ve tried a few food prep services and this is by far the best I’ve come across in terms of quality and value for money.

Absolutely love these guys. I was finding meal prep becoming draining and also eating the same thing every day so decided to give prep kitchen a go and it's been a game changer. Delicious meals, reliable service and I get some much of my time back and variety during the week. It's worth the investment for yourself and a healthy lifestyle. Go get it!
