My first time going.. Great spot.... Loved the atmosphere... Our bartender was great.. she gave us great food and drink tips.. she was very friendly and helpful... The food so far was delicious... Can't wait to go back and try more.. price of food is moderate.. and it seems everyone else knew and or knows about this gem of a spot. Long before me. I was told the weekend crowd explains it all.. and yes they are pet friendly ..

It was great! Atmosphere has a retro feel to it. The food was pricey but the food was great up until I was cutting into my chicken fried steak and found a piece of round soft plastic like the seal to something under my steak. I already ate more than half of my food. I kinda lost my appetite after that. The customer service was good. Will give it another try but I sincerely hope the cooks check the food before sending it out the next time I attend this place.

Third time here and it was just as good as the other two. It’s the beginning of summer and it’s hot as all get out outside so we opted to sit inside this time. **Im sure that all of the playground stuff was too hot to even play on. I’ve lived in Texas most of my life and know what that’s like. Lol** The decor is very unique from any restaurant I’ve been to. Everyone is always so nice here and there is plenty of room. It didn’t take long for our food to get out. We ordered the brisket grilled cheese and mango habanero chicken. The kiddos shared chicken tenders and fries. My oldest loves this place because her name is Preslee. Really wish they sold merch. They’d make a killing. My daughter would have us buy it all. Lol! Looking forward to coming back soon!

The food was really good. They have soft drink and fully stocked bar. It was really busy so it was a little harder to get the attention of the staff but when we did they were nice and helpful. It’s also a family friendly environment and the drinks were pretty good.Food: 5/5

Came here for brunch on a Sunday and had an amazing time. Preslees has a really great outdoor space with lots of things to do and many places to take pics. They have games available to play also! The food was really good and the drink flights were amazing. Would absolutely return. Prices also weren’t bad at all.Food: 5/5

Another place we saw on TikTok and figured it was worth a visit. It was raining when we went and it was the weekend, so the inside was extremely crowded. We were grateful to find a seat at the bar. Didn’t find the service to be friendly except one lady at the bar. I felt the shrimps and grits serving was very small for the price. Other pictures looked like the serving was bigger. However, it was behind amazing in flavor!! I wouldn’t mind ordering this go if we visit Houston again. Chicken and waffles were just that. Not much flavor, something you can make at home. The potato’s were very delicious and would get that side separately. Another negative was the women at the bar just standing there staring at everyone who was sitting there while only one lady talked to customers and made sure we had everything we needed.

This is a very family friendly patio bar with a reasonably sized inside seating area. Parking can be an issue though. The food itself was pretty good but nothing I would rave about or turndown. The food was on the higher end price wise but the drinks were priced pretty standard. It’s nice that they have lots of outdoor seating, many TVs and a place for kids to play. For me it would be a great place to watch a game, have a drink and let the kids play, but not a place I would come back to specifically for just a meal.

The food was extremely flavorful with excellent texture and perfect seasoning. I was very impressed with the Brisket Grilled Cheese Sandwich. The BBQ sauce on the brisket was flavorful but not overbearing that it overpowered everything else. Service was prompt. We went around 4:30ish and parking was very difficult, spaces and drive lanes are on the small size. I would not recommend a big truck if you have a mid size to compact vehicle, that would be better. The place is very popular and I suspect that it would be even more crowed as the evening sets in. We went on a Saturday so keep that in mind. It could be less crowed during the weekday. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly there are even board games that can be played and the outside sitting area includes a playground and swings.

Tonite my Brother Fernando n Sister Monica took me out to eat for my Birthday at a new place called Preslee's Southern Restaurant. It is Home Cookin, with a Big drink selection of Beers and frozen margaritas. They even have an Ice Cream Parlor inside. I ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken which were two tender chicken breasts with mashed potatoes n cream corn. It was all delicious and Mmm Mmm Good! I defiantly will be back.

The food here is absolutely delicious! It's almost as if someone's aunt is in the kitchen doing all the home cooking from recipes that have been passed down through generations. Everything is full of flavor, and the patio is the cherry on top! I love having the option to sit on a swing to eat at the table. The potpie is made fresh and it is SPECTACULAR. The turkey leg with the mac and cheese and brisket is exploding with flavor. Truly, everything we tasted was worth a visit back. Absolutely recommend! Kid-friendliness: They have a park near the patio that is fenced in for kids to play in!
