Birchwood Spur Steak Ranch

Our waitress was so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, could tell fresh oil was used, and everything tasted really yummy. Definitely will be visiting this franchise more often Kid-friendliness: Love the kids play area, it is super spacious and has so much for the kids to do. The lady looking after the kids was also always around and watching them and assisting when they needed help.

We had a great dinner experience at the Spur. The food was well prepared and in proper portions. Anna took very well care of us. We also had a baby in the group and she prioritised the well-being of our little one. We were well informed about the specials for the evening and the general vibe in the restaurant was friendly. Their hygiene concept was clear from entrance screening to hand disinfection on the tables. There’s plenty of safe parking. We’ll definitely be back again!

Beautiful place. I took my 9 year old son for his birthday , and he enjoyed it. Staff members are very friendly, Child minders are always there to watch kids when playing, they put Name tags on them so they could be easily identified .Food: 5/5

Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for pure breakfast and when it arrived the tomatoes and eggs was cold. No manager came around to see if we were happy with the service.Food: 1/5

Food was amazing! The service was a tad slow but understandably as the place was full. But the waiter was so friendly and apologized for the wait. The atmosphere was good but if you're looking for a relaxed quiet dinner choose elsewhere but if u don't mind a bit of good vibes, loud chat, good music, this is the place to be. !Food: 5/5

This Spur serves the most delicious meals with generous portions consistently. I drive up from Durban to visit family on a regular basis and always eat a meal there every time we are in Joburg. Better than some fine dining restaurants, keep it up.Food: 5/5

The food was mediocre, our waitress was Anna, extremely rude, no people skills whatsoever. We were celebrating fathers day and my 4 year old neices bday and the waitress made this the most unpleasant experience. People that don't like people should not be placed in such jobs. Overall it was a very average experience. If your waitress is Anna, please request someone else.

Like all Spurs a very good level of cleanliness and a good menu. Coupled with parking and friendly staff make for a great family venue. Wether you have breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a quick bite in between. Great service and quality of food! Restaurant was not too busy and COVID protocols in place. Food was freshly prepared and served with a smile!
