Visited MK today and the experience was great! We were welcomed by the female owner and ordered a Prawn Pasta, together with the famous Fish fried and crispy yet soft and spiced chips. I can confirm that it was a burst of exotic flavours for both dishes and definitely worth the try! Our waitress was Nicole and she was incredibly friendly and constantly checked up on us.
Very dissapointing! Food was Horrible! Chips was made in old oil! The Malva pudding was burnt and half the menu not available! even though this menu / special is being advertised everywhere! We where the only people there! although we complained and we did not tip the waiter we can see from all the other reviews this place is not up to PAR. There where flies and the waiter could not communicate in english properly. very dissapointed! Head office needs to intervene cause This is not the Mikes kitchen quality!
The steak and chicken was black. Presentation was ugly. Sauce was strong for adults and a 4yr old was expected to eat it! Never had milkshake taste like that before. Bad quality products. Explains why there were only two tables including ours during the time that we were there.
It's a Mike's Kitchen. The food is good but it feels weird to be one of the only people in the place everytime I visit this has been my experience in both the afternoons and early evenings. In saying that, they do have a sizable playing area for kids and the restaurant is very clean including the bathrooms which is a big plus for me personally.
Best for families. We love this place. The food is always consistently great. The staff are great. The play area is perfect for the kiddies who still appreciate being outdoors. The seating arrangements as well is lovely
Had dinner here last night and it was so disappointing. Firstly the order was wrong we had ordered a chicken burger but beef was given. We had also ordered prawns and it was soft, not pleasant and worth it at all. Thought I'd give them a try but definitely won't be returning. Staff also are not trained and there is a communication barrier
Not the dining experience I recall it being and obviously it's been a while as now you have youngsters playing pool inside and it's Halaal, so no alcohol is available nor served. Enjoyed the 50th Birthday specials price Sept 2022 Service however was "deur mekaar" - it's the only word I can find best suited to describe it, but a quick cheap bite was had. Can positively say I would never come here again, no matter what the special.
My family enjoyed their first visit to Mike's Kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised with the good food, service, hygiene and ambiance of this restaurant. Even their toilets were clean and neat. Very good prayer facilities. Their steaks and burgers are excellent. I will definitely visit Mike's kitchen again.Food: 5/5
What a Quick and Lovely experience... I was in quite a rush and didn't have too much time... So I pre-ordered over the phone... They were quick with assisting me and bring the food. The food was divine!!!
