"Our club has 3 well-maintained greens. For this reason, amongst many others, we annually host a number of Bowls Gauteng North Competitions as well as Bowls South Africa Competitions. The Club was voted Club of the Year by BGN for 2017.Our club has quite a number of other amenities, and cater for other sports codes as well.A well-stocked bar is available, as well as a kitchen that can serve meals and light fare throughout the day. There is the main hall seats 200, a smaller hall seats 100, as well as a lapa seats 100, that can be rented for functions. Please use the information on the Contact Us page for further inquiries. Chilled, relaxed place catering for all ages. Lucas, their chef makes great meals. Very reasonable prices. There is a coded gate however but if you hoot, they will let you in!
The Pretoria Municipal Bowling club is set near the Steve Biko Hospital in the city. it has ample safe parking. it is wheelchair friendly. The bar is well run and the staff are friendly and welcoming.. meals can be ordered at certain times. Many sports are catered for in the Municipal Sports club, tennis. basketball, netball, tenniquoits, bowls
Bowls Business League is the best activity here! They also have professional bowls, Pool League, Netball, Pole dancing classes and a neat kitchen and bar for a quick pub lunch. The gardens and facilities are the best I have ever seen. Parking and security are also safe and secure. This is a great place to go of you are looking for a sense of community.
