Really helpful staff. Thandi at the College of Education counter was extremely friendly and helpful. If you are getting a student card, make sure to do your payment in Hall B before going to the student card office.

Had visited the campus to buy some Unisa branded T-shirts at the gift shop. They are affordable. I was offered a good service.

5 star for the personnel who served this morning. Gates were opened in time and I was served in five minutes after the gates opened. The guy who served me was knowledgeable about finance issue. He exactly knew that my matter could only dealt with at Muckleneuk Campus and he didn't waste my time.

No queues. 'Ask me' Marshall's at all entrences to assist students. Friendly knowledgeable staff Adequate parking. Campus is clean with large bathroom facilities.

Unisa assistants are the BEST,the lady and the guy who assisted were the BEST.I was helped to cancel an unnecessary module and advised that I have too many first year modules and many selectives of which I wasn't aware.Im grateful to them and I really appreciate their being there,may they continue helping us

Avarage service. Despite having to drive to their campus for service that could have been offered online, I still didn't get satisfactory answers. I was still referred back to the lecture that never respond to my enquiries They managed to address part of my challenges though
