Unisa Sunny Side

I went to UNISA with a request to send academic records to a university in the USA where my son is planning to continue studying. Although my son sent an email with the request about two months ago, and a subsequent follow up, there was no response. I first went to their information desk and was referred to a person on the first floor. When I got their this person was not there and I was asked to wait at the entrance for the person to return. As people came through the door, I asked each one if they were the person whose name I was referred to. About the third person that came in was a friendly young man who offered to help me, even though he was not the one I was looking for. About fifteen minutes later the academic record was emailed and my problem solved. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Quite a pleasant experience.

The place is OK.. The grounds requires some landscaping. Security can be better if control can be had for cars parking along the streets. The taxis just outside the campus are a real nuisance..

Really helpful staff. Thandi at the College of Education counter was extremely friendly and helpful. If you are getting a student card, make sure to do your payment in Hall B before going to the student card office.

I was attended to quicker than I expected. The stuff is very much visible, which makes it easy to get assistance.

Unisa was fantastic. I spend less than 15 minutes there due to the wonderful service that I received from helpful Admin staff. It was great..

They don't answer calls I graduated in absentia may 2022 surprisingly I haven't received my certificate up to date

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Its super clean and smells nice too

5 star for the personnel who served this morning. Gates were opened in time and I was served in five minutes after the gates opened. The guy who served me was knowledgeable about finance issue. He exactly knew that my matter could only dealt with at Muckleneuk Campus and he didn't waste my time.

Service is good and the Marshall or Ask me peeps do assist you as efficiently as possible

I am in But great place if you wanna study while you work this is your university.
