Most incompetent dealership I’ve ever come across. Took a whole month to get a number plate, my car had scratches they refused to fix. Didn’t want to pour petrol in the car. Took a whole month for them to send me my contract. They -also don’t reply emails. The tint they put on the car was coming off
Wow! If you want proper service and a sales person that will go the extra mile and is willing to climb mountains for her clients if she has to, you have to go see Rozane at Princess Benoni. From the moment you walk in till you drive your car out of the dealership and even afterwards her clients service is superb. In all my years of driving VW she has been the best I have ever dealt with. Tanya the lady that deals with the finances, is also all in for their clients. Together these two make an excellent team. If you want a smooth and joyful experience on your journey to a new car this is where you want to go. Just ask for Rozane!
I wish I could give zero stars.. Saw a car that I wanted.. Salesman informed me that it's available.. Did the application.. Sent pics of my trade in.. Then was informed that the vehicle is sold.. After all that effort.. Not even a follow up if a similar vehicle can be arranged... nothing...they lost a customer.

I am full of smiles. From the moment i enquired about my Audi A1 online, i called the dealership and was assisted by Aadil Khan, what a soul, from the beginning he already quoted me with different options on the car and sent me full pics of the car. I'm in Bloemfontein, its lockdown i cant go to joburg but he made sure that he sents me an upclose video all round of the car to the smallest chip on the windscreen to the rim, wow this guy... It felt like i went there personally and viewed the car myself, he even updated me on a daily basis on the process of the car. He made sure that im not left out. Now the cherry on top is that he even made it possible that the car got delivered to me this side on promised time. I got my car yesterday and i love it! He gave me the best best deal. May Aadil Khan be blessed and please keep it up. Dont do it only to me but to others too. You are very passionate about your job, May the Lord grand you with more years we still need you . I am definitely coming back to Princes VW Benoni for my second car and im definitely going to suggest it to people around me. Thanks a million
