Terrible service by Used Car division - empty promises and no follow through. Took my old vehicle to used car dealer - got offered a great trade in price and promised i would be paid with in the day. Supplied all info required - 1 week later nothing! Been told that its been paid and done for days by the dealer priciple himself and sales consultant. Always another issue but no communication. Happy to have my car on the floor but not to make the promised payment. Would not recommend making use of their services

Sale person making promises and cant deliver after seling the vehicle, and when phoning him it is difficult to speak to him, always somone els picking up the phone and left a message, that is where it end, after services very bad

I found the person booking the vehicle for service very unprofessional. I provided vehicle reg number and obviously she did not hear but rather to ask me to repeat the number she said no such vehicle on the system when I said it is strange she clearly was not impressed. It must have close to knockoff time.

STAY AWAY from this DEALERSHIP, it has to be the most useless dealership in the country. Business Vehicle is Standing due to the need of bumper rubbers on the Nissan NP 300. On Tuesday 14th June phoned, spoke to Elvis, gave me the price, paid for them, told it would take two days to get the parts, it is now the 20th June, and we are still waiting for the parts to arrive. Now you have a dance around as the parts are supposedly on back order. When you get through to this Elvis, you get told oh, i have done everything, and that that. well it is not how it goes down with me, as i languish having this done to me, i will now take it to Nissan South Africa, and make one big stink. But with all fairness, STAY AWAY, if you do not want to have issues.
