Service great, communication good, calls to keep you updated on car progress. Car sales and services team good. Sales person great aswell when we were buying our car. Great place to buy or service ur havaal car. All options available. Bought our first parts without a hussle. Working hand in hand with mercedez workshop.
The service provided by this dealership was extremely poor. I would not recommend them to others. After servicing my car, they returned it to me with only a partial service completed, claiming that they were out of stock of the necessary oil. They promised to call me back, but never did. When I attempted to book a service date, it took me 45 minutes to do so. I called and provided my number, but they never returned my call. When I called a second time, I was transferred around and still did not receive assistance. Finally, after calling a third time, I was able to speak to someone who assisted me.
WORST SERVICE WORST CARS. Terrible stsff all round from Sandton to Nelspruit. Rethink Merc. They are useless, pathetic and nothing they claim. Will shame you still. You are not delivering bur billing - I believe that’s stealing? Isn’t it? I would give you ZERO STARS if possible.
Its not the type of service that one would expect from such a great and we'll established dealer . Having taken more than an hour with just two customers ahead of me and just to buy some hydraulic fluid for my car is totally unacceptable. One would expect from them to have more people doing sales at the parts department seeing that they are the only branch for mercedes in Nelspruit . Hopefully you can look into this problem and resolve it .
A very bad service experience. Charged for items on a Mitsubishi service that were never fitted. Car damaged while on their premises. Stay away from Garden City Motors Mbombela. You have been warned

Service at Mitsubishi not satisfactory at all I think for the growth of this motor deal head office need to do something seriously otherwise they will never grow in mpumalanga as their service shame
It’s so horrible ,they don’t stick to their promises ,I had been told the car is out and I had to wait for more than hours at their floor while they start to inspect the car power,service advisor was not friendly and unable to answer calls, after service another quote was given unnecessarily! I’m not going to recommend this place for anyone else!
Went in for service and they left the cap like that. Car started overheating, only realised when I went to a petrol station for them to refill the coolant that it was not closed. Car was towed back and I was told it will be attended in 48/72hrs, when it’s all their fault??! Makes no sense. Wasn’t offered any courtesy car and I have to be back at work 100kms always, they can’t take me there either. Talk about trash service!!
I have been servicing cars at a meter mecerdes benz Dealerships for 13 years now. I think this is the worst of all. It appears they are actually doing you a favor.
