Highly impressed with the staff at Puma woodmead store , especially the Manager Nyiko Mhlanga and the sales associate Lebogang Lekgula , just went to complain about the shoe I bought in September had some defect without losing a moment the manager immediately instructed his staff for a replacement , I wasn’t expecting the response but I must Puma woodmead rocks and highly recommend this store. Good leadership and prompt action . Kudos Nyiko

You struggle to get assistance. The shop was full, but there was no assistance on sight. Frustrating experience, but they usually have good deals.

Decent outlet store. Some deals that are better than retail prices.
Had the worst experience at this store. The sales guy was literally lying with half his body on the pile of sweat shirts, while he was talking to another salesperson. When I asked for help, he rolled his eyes and without saying a word passed me the size I requested. He then proceeded to go lie back on the pile of sweatshirts. I was in shock. When I asked for his name he refused to give it. By far the worst salesperson I have received this Xmas season…Wish I could give this store a zero.
Good service from the manager and the rest of the staff.
I love it because its not chaotic and i always get what i want.
Enjoyed my visit..got served with love after my order was delivered oversize
