Extremely unhelpful staff, security guard shouted at me when I asked for assistance in front of my daughter, and I had to wait 20 minutes longer than necessary in a queue.

A thrilling shopping experience, best prices I have ever seen. Worth the visit. Discounts are still amazing but sadly they make customers line up outside the store for like 30 minutes.

Always purchase at the Nike "Factory" store, great deals on gym wear especially for ladies. Also when it comes to the footwear the orange boxes are training gear and the red boxes are retro...When you go there always keep in mind you going to a "factory" OUTLET..... Busy most of the time including week days. Not all items on display are on sale, even if clothes/shoes are in a marked sale area ensure the box/price tag is marked with a discount sticker. Regarding returns you have to stand in the same que to purchase. The general layout of the store is on point and the shop is always clean and tidy.

Queues can be long at times, but it is worth the wait. Do not expect friendly customer service as staff is generally not helpful or friendly. So take your time and be patient whilst you go through thousands of your favorite footwear. If the shoe fits...well put it on...

The store has zero customer service when it comes to the elderly, disabled and those who are pregnant. The manager clearly said pregnant or not you must stand the long queues every one is paying here. His name is Sam- never experienced such a poor service in my life

Well stocked but the place is almost always really packed. Parking is a luxury on weekends and the queues are eout of this world...

Nike need to find a better system ... not prepared to wait in an hour queue to pay. Drove 30km to go shop...wasted trip. Best to shop during the week if possible...Saturday a no go

Really busy store. 3 Staff were not helpful. Very rude. Various items are on sale, so it's worth a visit. Would recommend going early .
