Great website and online presence. Follow through to service customers' requirements needs improvement. I filled out the online order, received a call back the next day. The call was cut off. I called back after 15 minutes. I provided further clarity on the solution required. The promised final call back and/or final quote just never happened.
With a few days off, I decided to attempt an installation of a system in my new Jimny, which went from simply upgrading the factory speakers to a full insulation of the cabin and the addition of an active subwoofer under the passenger seat. Sailesh and his team not only advised me on the most suitable products for the build but gave me invaluable advice based on their experience, from troubleshooting the wiring, selecting the right extender brackets and some of the finer details to achieve a perfect result as I went. They couldn’t have been kinder or more generous with their time and expertise. I’ve installed quite a few sound systems in cars over the years but this is by far the most comprehensive and highest quality I’ve achieved. Thank you so much, you’ve got a customer for life. They do a great job with cars. My enquiry about a Land Rover Discovery 4 carplay does not get answered at times. It's fine though
Rakesh & his team always go out of their way to assist. From radios to cameras & alarms systems. They have you covered. It's refreshing to get consistent excellent service!!! Keep it up guys.
I've always taken my vehicles to Rakesh and his team and only use Rivonia Car Sound since the early 2000's. Their impeccable service and excellent workmanship has never disappointed. Keep up the good work!!
Good day I just want to warn everyone of the amateurs I took my car there for an alarm to be installed and they did so much damage to my car that the Sentral locking has to be replaced and when I wanted them to fix it they wanted to charge me I took it to another auto electrician an he couldn't believe the mess they made with that wiring and the damage the caused these people are very unprofessional and they honestly don't know what they are doing
Always professional and helpfull with choosing the right product for my needs. All instals neat and very functional. Product knowledge awesome. Service awesome. Been dealing with them for more than 20 years years
The people here know their shee. They do such a sick job with their cabling and installations. The only negative here is their display room. It lacks products range and personality.
I really did enjoy they are service
