Poor service -appointment clashes with another and no plan to manage customers.Poor work ,Unprofessional Arogant owner, Do not go!!!!! We did not miss our appointment, Our appointment was at 12h30 on 5th Nov 2022 and we were attended at 14h30 and finished at 20h45 , because we finished late the work was poor , we arranged an appointment for Saturday to get it fixed they said Charles the owner lost his grandfather we must come on Sunday 13th Nov , because the business will be closed on Saturday. We then agreed on today 13th Nov 2022 , when we got there we were sent from pillar to post , employees do not know who is supposed to attended to us and they confirmed that they don't know about Charles Grandfather'sdeath the salon was operating on Friday & Saturday. I was on the phone with Charles today he was shouting at me for no ŕeason , the arrogance of this guy is amusing. Someone lied about his grandfather'sdeath to avoid solving a customer issue!
Best salon i will come back again. Am advising everyone to not listen here what bad people say bad about this salon is there competitor's .i love queens hair salon
Horrible customer service. They insist on paying deposit. I made a 14:30 appointment and I was on time. I was told to sit and wait. I sat for a full 2 hours without being attended to. I requested for a refund and they ignored me. Tried to speak to Charles who was rude and refused to speak to me instead he told his employee to talk to me and she said I must provide my account on whatsapp. Even now I am being ignored.

Do not use their service if you think your appointment will be kept to. Horrible to get a refund and they insist on a deposit for appointment
My hair looks fairly decent, probably not worth the price but debatable. It is not the most friendly salon I've been to. If the manager has issues with his/her employees I feel like it should be dealt with after hours, not in front of their clients, making everyone uncomfortable.
