After numerous phone calls and emails which was not answered , I went to the department at 69 Commissioner Street , very friendly lady at front desk , she really tried to help, I was unable to get my certificate they asked me to go to the Pretoria branch, this is local government I gave you the NPO number and I had my Id , why can't you print it from there. We really need to rethink about the way we do things , need to be more efficient.
Looks great. Even though they should have updated their new address on Google maps !!! More spacious
DSD does not live up to their Oath of acting in the best interest of children. There is no urgency, no communication right up to and including the HOD. I am disgusted to say the least. Famous words "we are waiting" WAITING FOR BETTER DAYS. Simple requests cannot be attended to, nevermind sorted out. ZERO STARS IS MY ACTUAL RATING BUT THIS PAGE DOES NOT ALLOW ZERO STARS !!!!!!
This is very upsetting, been trying 8 different numbers for the whole of Gauteng for the whole 2days and no answer at all.A waste of time and money when I realy needed to enquire about important stuff concerning the daycare procedures...This is so unprofessional and very upsetting.
Why dont you pick up calls?? Rather shut down if you cant even do something so simple!! People have urgent matters that need to be attended to. I've been trying to get hold of someone for 3 weeks now!!!! This is why South Africa will always be so useless
no one answers either number, 011 355 or 011 227... When will government start implementing some consequences to those individuals who cannot perform their basic functions, like answering the switchboard?? Not difficult to answer a phone. Question is... will ANYTHING be done about this?
Perhaps the switchboard number should not be listed, if it cannot be answered. I tried 4 times and each time it rang and subsequently gave an engaged tone. They don't even deserve a star.
The best place to be with more opportunities. I love Gauteng
Also cannot get through,is there an alternative number perhaps?
