Sassa Regional Office

The staff at SASSA are very nice. I have been there 3 times and have received very good services. The thing that I do not understand if I tried to call for advice at government SASSA departments either the phone does not work or it just rings. That is a disadvantaged for pensioners.

Poor customer service, No enquiries without sitting in long queues

They are very friendly and professional. They attend all clients as fast as possible and they follow all the social distance rules. They help people living with disabilities first which makes perfect sense because most have special things they need and they can't be sitting on queues for hours. I give them 10 out of 10

Made enquiries pabout old age grant application I was told by the Security at the reception to come on the 3rd Jan 2022 as early as 5am to start the queue near the fiuntaib at Maponya mall.If I come at 9 it's already late I may not get help,will be told to come the following Monday.This is absurd because office opens 8 to 5pm.Why can't I be assisted when I arrive at 9‍

Very friendly and helpful. Brilliant service during covid 19. Felt safe and secured. Just need security outside office especially before 7 am. Lots of trouble makers trying to intimidate the people standing outside waiting for Sassa office to open.

Pathetic is not even a word i have in mind, trying to call no one ever picks up and it cuts me out continuously, been trying to call the rest of the Sassa offices but either their phone's are not working or they end the call as soon as someone calls!!

They are serious about transformation ,diversity and inclusion. I'm impressed with their efforts. Apply to work here if you are a social change advocate

Their response rate is appalling and the site needs a serious upgrade

Went to devilliers street only to find that the queue had chopped me. Been trying their number which allegedly does not exist. This is so frustrating. All other numbers from head office aren't working.

Service was a bit slow
