Well-planned/maintain, clean & beautiful building inside equipped with lifts going up and down, enough security officers.

NOT IMPRESSED....SOMEONE DID NOT PAY ELEFCTRICITY BILL. ALL STAFF SENT HOME FOR TWO WEEKS....WITHOUT PUBLIC BEING TOLD.....SECURITY SLEEPING ON COUCHES AND CANNOT GIVE INFORMATION ON HOW TO ACCESS THIS ORGANISATION!!!!

Hi to whom it may concern I was driving on the R553 on the 26 December 2021 when i approached 2 potholes that wasn't visible due to the fact off the street lights isn't working for as long as I know Many years.Poor road markings and there was 2 huge potholes that caused alot off damage to my car.Im now left without a car and which is basically costing me much more to get around.Im still waiting for a ref number or someone to phone me so i know what to do.I have a police affidavit and all relevant photos and emails and calls that i made. i dont understand how the pothole issues is always on news but there isn't any customer service.They phones are always ringing no answer

Dear sir/madam Please attend to the Hendrik Potgieter road There are numerous potholes towards Krugersdorp The bridge at Clearwater mall has homeless people living there and is strewn with rubbish, the grass on the middle verge is very high and robots do not come on after load shedding, thank you

Finally got my OL permit for Uber/Bolt, process is now different since the advent of E-Hailing. Applied in November 2019 just got permit now in September 2021. When l did it for Meter Taxi in 2012 it took 3 - 4 months... Interesting experience though.

What an efficient service, i couldn't believe i was in the right place it was so empty and was assisted same time in less than 5 minutes i was sorted and out. I wish all government places can operate like this have more people on counters to ensure no minum or no queues at all

I was applying for an operating license for my vehicle. Although it took long for them to answer their phones when I wanted to know what documents I should bring for my application, when they did I received quality answers. My rating is mainly for the offices when I physically got here, the service was speedy and the people were knowledgeable. The office is clean. I would suggest that they highlight the reception part or info desk part because it’s not clear when you enter. I would also highly recommend calling before you come through. The parking is also quite full so be patient and don’t come when you are in a big hurry . You will spend approximately 3 hours here
