The security is rude and doesn't allow people to enter , especially if it's after 12.. you only enter by calling an officials name

Had a nice experience the staff as well as the security guards were very friendly and they are  so welcoming

Bad service I have been there last year even now still waiting for their call you can't inquire the are getting paid for doing nothing

Were not allowed to enter the office, we only communicate with the security guards claiming that we should leave our documents and write our contact details, they'll contact us. Went the for the third time without any luck

Bad service they have a notice by the door but they don't even adhere to there own notice they have the mind set of we are doing you a favor take it or go back and suffer more

I had a very great service from the afro lady... Lol I'd give her 150/100

Humansettlement in Winnie Mandela Tembisa, I was told straight that I will not get the RDP if I do not have a payslip, because THEY are selling the stands and houses.

They were able to assist me quickly and were very helpful on what was needed and where i can get it

It was closed when I got there the note says they will open on the 14th of june

Well done the FLISP is coming through for us @ alberton housing dept
