Queenspark- Canal Walk

I have an queenpark account for years and been a good customer. Recently I realized that though I paid off my account there are balances reflecting, to the tune of over R900.00 to date and yet I did not buy anything. I have even query this at the canal walk store twice to no explanation they do not know how that happened. The could not go through the numbers they called. Not sure whether they are working or not. Very frustrated with this service all I need is explanation store can expla. They called all numbers to no response this is the 3rd time now I'm visiting the store to seek clarity to no success. Am very dissaponted

Had a wonderful experience shopping there today 24/1/2023. Nayameka Lugwali was amazing. When trying to pay via Payfast I was unable to scan with my phone...no trouble to Nyameka, she took the time and effort to get it all sorted for me. Such a pleasant, helpful young lady. Will definitely go back because of the way she treated me. Thanks Nyameka, you made my day! If only all shop assistants could be like you.

Why is your shop in contactable, the contact number on your website doesn’t exist?

Was so impressed with there prices and sizes. After becoming overweight, I did not buy there anymore as they were to expensive and I bought only at Woollies and Milady. With years they did not climb that much with there prices and are just a little bit more expensive then that 2, but there clothes so much nicer and much better quality.

Queenspark needs more consultants like Lesley at Canal Walk branch ...he's client service is phenomenal

The best place to shop for eveningware and formal dresses. They still cater for the older women. Keep it up

Poorly stocked for winter though their clothing quality is excellent

Do not judge a book by its cover, I was mainly ignored until I reached the till point and the manager saw the amount I was paying in cash, then only did I get a smile and greeting.....customer service leaves very little to be desired.
