I started off by disliking Dis-Chem because of their racist employment directives. Then was forced to go in there to buy a comb that was waiting for me at the front desk. After waiting in queue, one lady just leaves and I must wait. Eventually I ask if the comb is there and get told in a "bad attitude" way, "No". I will never set foot in that rubbish shop again.
They treat customers like trash. They do not deserve the public support. I have literally decided to no longer support them due to their horrible customer service

I was on the cusp of the store closing and the pharmacist was very patient and helpful even though they had closed.
Useless trying to call this centre. Was put through to the required section and phone rang and rang until it was cut off. Had to call again and same thing happened twice in a row.
Large store with friendly staff. Had everything I needed and many things I didn't need. Many tellers which keeps the line moving makes for a very pleasant shopping experience. They also carry in through loadshedding which is great.
Poor service.judgemental pharmacist. Hand waving in the general direction of an aisle where I should find something to treat an insect bite Will not support the shop in light of their racist non inclusive policies. Had enough of this kind of arrogance. Respect and appreciate both your staff and the customer

Dis-chem is a large pharmacy selling over the counter and prescription medication. The pharmacists are extremely helpful. You can also buy certain dry foods, beauty products, home detergents, cleaning and health products.
