I used to love this pharmacy, but things are really starting to go downhill there. They mess up prescriptions, give us the wrong instructions, and now won't accept a script for something that I have been taking for more than 2 years now. And instead of answering our question as to why this is the case now, they outright said, " I don't want to argue." We as loyal customers have a right to have our questions answered respectfully. But the quality of service has declined and it is very sad. I won't be going back there ever again.

This chemist reminds me of what our local pharmacy was like as a child. Where the pharmacist knows you by name and they make you feel like you matter. I don't know how they manage to maintain this in a town that is as big as some cities. The staff are all truly outstanding. They are all helpful, professional and caring. The gift section is absolutely wonderful too. Beautifully sought out and chosen products. The operating hours are also great. Best chemist in the area!
My go-to-pharmacy, simply put, they give you old school service, you feel like a person, not a number. They go the extra mile and their delivery service and Whatsapp communication is always a pleasure- for those times you feel to sick to get out of bed.
What a wonderful pharmacy. They really care when they give you advise. I've used their delivery service multiple times and I'm always so impressed by their service. When I asked for advice for our newborn a lady called Lorraine went as far as writing out handwritten notes for me. I was absolutely blown away by her kindness. I will continue to support them and share my wonderful experience with others
Such disappointing service from your on duty pharmacist on a Saturday afternoon- complete disinterest and apathy, they didn’t even try to assist just told me the doctor across the passage comes back on duty at 4pm. As a primary health care provider you should be doing better and at least attempting to assist. I won’t be back , but will rather drive across town to a pharmacy that cares and at least tries to assist to the best of their ability. My advice to customers is go elsewhere.
The service in-store is always efficient and friendly. Thank you. Trying to get a script filled by email is problematic, especially when Kobus is not there. The script is sometimes not read at all or not filled in full. Telephonic orders are also not executed 100%. Had a 4 minute phone call to the pharmacy at 13:30, trying to speak to a pharmacist, with a promise of a call back. 7.5 working hours if they open at 9 and still waiting.
I took my daughter for her first vaccination after the ones in hospital. Being a first time mom, I didn’t know that I had to schedule it a day in advance at this pharmacy in particular. The waiting area of the clinic was empty - not a single soul. The nurse came and I enquired about the process. She said that I had to book so I said I will gladly go elsewhere and then told me they dont turn people away… so I went in. She didn’t weigh my baby because she said the next appointment would be there shortly. When I left afterwards, there was still nobody in the waiting area. The whole experience irked me - I didn’t feel welcome and won’t be going back.
Very dissappinted with their headlice treatments.i paid R1500 to find i still have lice. Itold the lady whowas the technician and didmy hair and her responsewas its my dry scalp..yes i do havea dry scalp, but how can a person over the age of 40 not know the doffrence between headlice crawling i your head and dry scalp itching. I wasted my money..not worth going to them for the head lice treatment.i wasted R1500and its day 2 and my headlice is crawling as itdis before.
Excellent service! Called, placed and order - same day delivery! Friendliest and most helpful staff! Went above and beyond which is greatly appreciated!
