Fantastic service, we bought some lounger chairs a few years back and some of the straps have recently broken. After speaking to customer services they forwarded out new straps. Very helpful professional staff.

terrible service and no help what so ever, felt like i been fobbed off, after a simple part for a Quest supercool 45 egp gas connector from fridge to hose. gas fridge is useless to me now.
