Quicksure

I put in a claim 2 weeks ago...for items stolen....reported the incident to the police ..submit claim forms proof that I actually own the items which I have been paying insurance for. ..today they still deciding if they will replace or pay me for items I apparently over or under insured .. Absolutely ridiculous pathetic service....this is apparently the industry norm.

The Brakpan office has terrible service I had an incident on Wednesday, yesterday I was informed to write an email the insurer will contact me. I am sitting at home in case they contact me and want to come and collect the car. Today nothing happened I sent an email reminding them of my claim nothing came of it. I eventually called and spoke to a Timothy who asked another lady to call she called and promised to send me an email up until now I am still waiting for that email. This means I waisted my leave by sitting at home waiting for nothing. I actually respected them By the way I am Bradley Benson
