Very pleasantly surprised!Had a towbar with cycling rack fitted and must emphasise that after Audi South Africa could not help us that they were extremely helpful,professional and offered a optimal value for money solution.After dropping vehicle off they provided a lift back to my workplace and picked me up again to fetch vehicle. Very happy with a service that you can hardly expect nowadays.
