I complained about Johan, the Service Manager, getting a third party service provider to sell me vehicle service as my vehicle had reached 50000km. Yet, my vehicle was still covered until 90000km or 9 years service. When I called him asking him why he did that, he rudely hung up. I then raised my complaint with his Manager who did not bother reply to my email to date. It is disappointing to think how many customers have fallen for this.Service: Carburetor cleaning
