Moved in Jan ‘22 ,Wow what a place5 stars don’t do a justice to this Estate.Clean,well maintained ,family oriented and just beautiful.Immaculately situated must i say: easy access to M1,N1 and N12 freeways,you need groceries?well you can even walk to the Southgate Mall literally a minute away,You need medical attention?Bara Hospitality is just a 5 minute drive awayIf you in the south don’t hesitate this by far is an ideal place to stay.What beats all is the Security Team from the gate ,through routine walks and inspections the guys are the most friendly ,respectful yet respectful you will ever meet.Im very happy with the place
On south side upper level no water everyday you have to wakeup boil kettle in order to bath come weekends you can't make washing during day only at night
Went to do my showhouse there. Not alot of people came but still showing again on another Sunday 23/11/2019 14:00 - 17:00. Come One. Come All. Great Property to Invest In.
If you enjoy randomly not taking baths for 3+ days or sitting in the dark randomly for 3+ days then this is the place for you. It's as if these services aren't being charged. You always struggle with water and electricity outages. Security isn't any help when you enquire about the outages. It's a nice looking place and safe but service delivery here is terrible. The WORST!!!
My sister rented an apartment at this place she never got her deposit back. The Resident agent at East Village and Landlord in E105 promised that she will get her deposit and there was extra money that my sister paid as part of the deposit but the Landlord said he doesn't know anything about it. The resident agent promised that she will follow up at the office. But that never happened . Good luck when it comes to getting your deposit back!
The agent at East Village and a landlord in E105 took all my deposit after checking the house with the landlord and agreed wall weere vlean as the were found house was never painted when I came in. The only thing thing that was damaged was one screw of the chamber lid and t.v mounting. Even if it was painting the whole sitting room it was not going to cost my R8500 deposit. They took it all for only two things mentioned. They said they want chat in privacy without me after that they started yo say they will update me but only to take sll my deposit. That is inhuman. I stayed alone in a one bedroom apartment payed rent in time without making any mistake. That is how the landlord and his agent said thankyou by taking all my deposit R8500. Stayed there with no water no electricity for 3 to 4 days paying full rent without being told what the problem was--- many times 10 time or less per year

I once lived at this place for 11 years straight. I feel like the reason why I stayed there for that long is because it feels comforting and safe because they are security guards everywhere. I'm glad I got to experience that plays and the growth of it.
Awesome and neat. Good place if you've got kids as well. Quiet place with good security
Horrible, cannot go over 2 weeks without an unexplainable water or power cut, the walls are super thin, it's as if they ran out of material, the most cheaply arranged town houses.
