Ques were so long 1 cashier no one on floor to assist

Wow I loved the store the first time I got there. There was this lady who helped me a lot....great customer service there

The sales staff where really helpful and friendly attended to their customers very well but the shop it self was abit much, kinda hard to look around.

Bad service! So we get the scraps of the sale items and staff gets first priority. Was at Truworths Randbyrg infront of a very distracted consultant because her team mates kept coming with sale items to show her, some were sizing the clothes and reserving them for themselves. The door is near the tills almost all staff members were diving into the sale items neglecting customers. Will stick to the Clearwater mall one, have always received and witnessed great service.

The stuff is unhelpful and abit rude. Its as if they just dont want to be there.

My address is used by some one i don't know. Truworths is mot helping out. I think its a fraudulent account.

I won't go here again. Parking booms don't work for motorcycles. And the service at truworths can really improve
