One of the most clean and neat family supermarket , quiet at all times and have all the necessities for households items. Friendly staff , quality fruit's and vegetables, a variety of halal products. Ample free parking
Very nice picknpay just not the absolute nicest I've ever seen, hence why only the 4 stars. A small negative is it can be a little hard to find because you have to turn into a building and drive up a ramp that is not marked anywhere at all, so chances are if you have not been there before or are with someone who hasn't been there before then you probably gonna have some troubles finding it. That's not super bad or important though, and it is more than compensated for once you get inside. It's a very nice big and open store, everything's always clean and fresh and lovely and I also love that they have alot of specials that are unique to that shop and they are really good specials most of the time mainly on fruit and cakes etc Also the staff is friendly and helpful and smiling and knowledgable about the store and what's in it. They really care and that's the most important to me. Anyway, good job guys
Very average-has the usual stuff but with one or two International items. Still, a bit cramped, couple of weird cornersmeat section, couple of badly placed pillars in front of goods. Staff seem to have lost the customer service spark they had a while ago-now it seems schlep to assist you-and it’s just to easy to say they don’t have it. Overall cleanliness depends on the day-they whole thing needs a good scrub. What was most worrying was the double dipping in the fresh food section, a glove and a net occasionally left off, makes one start thinking how many times it happens. Otherwise undercover free parking is a bonus, but little else makes it a one off trip-pity.
Extremally irritated with regards to licence renewal and how the issue was dealt with. The fact it’s taken a month is secondary to the fact that Justin simply insisted payment hadn’t been made when actually I had paid 2 weeks earlier, even though I’m in almost everyday and no one mentioned they didn’t see payment but apparently, they have a lot of requests so can’t follow up on all of them… I am In that store minimum of 4 times a week but after today I don’t think I will return, pushed to the point of complete irritation and then expected to remain calm and rational while being told repeatedly that I hadn’t paid, not sorry I don’t see payment or could be an issue on our side, just arrogance from Manager, sad because it’s convenient and service is generally good and it’s preferable to Spar but checkers is on its way at Colony and I think I will take my business there instead.
I had a great experience! The food was great, the service was absolutely amazing! Special mention, Kuda and another guy didn't catch his name were especially helpful in their assistance.
You able to call them and ask them to save a certain amount of money for till withdrawals especially huge amounts.
It's a small pick n pay with the picknpay liquor, convenient for people who live close and need to stock up on food aswell as other necessities.
Unfortunately it seems hidden but it a good place for small purchases.. do not expect all products to be found here. The food here exceeds any other expectations. it's alot
This Pick n Pay is really good. I shop there pretty regularly. It is well ran. Always clean and bright and a pleasure to shop in. I really like their bread rolls and their meat as well. You can also get your alcohol at their liquor store next to the main Pick n Pay. You can also renew your vehicle license with them now. I renewed mine through them, it was so easy. They were very friendly and very helpful. So yes, full marks for them.
Pity that the staff act like it's a mission to help a pregnancy woman carry firewood. Also noone at the fruit scale. Just another reason why I dislike pick n Pay.
