Called the store,placed my order through the phone and the cashier gave me the best service…My order was delivered on time and my food was still warm and enjoyable as well… Great service Umphakathi…keep it up Food: 5/5

I will never ever eat Debonairs Pizza again..I got burned Sausages and a Dry pizza that had about 10 ham's inside.im very disappointed the way Sibongile handled my query at first she showed no empathy...I then got a call from a store manager who wanted me to go to my dustbin bcs they want proof of how the pizza was and the pizza was bought a day before..what an insult..I got my refund but I'm still not happy how this was query was handled, Debonairs has lost a customer who buys pizza every week and I will make sure my whole family and close Friends never buy pizza from Umphakathi Mall again...Their staff needs to go for customer care training...
