This service it's very poor we have to wait for them my mother she very old she can't even walk and they told us to wait on the ,so how long are we going to wait here

It's a place that's easier to find with Google navigator and was not really comfortable parking in the streets around the building. When inside there is very little to no direction boards and security and other personal aren't reluctant to help either so one ends up bouncing from window to window to office to office until you get lucky. When you find that magic person they are awesome, but I'm just happy I don't need to go there often
