Everything was fine for years at RB Autoworks, until recently someone decided to steal my roof racks here after my service and replace them with other ones. I was mortified and the co flatly denied it. My racks were swapped-had them for 8 years. So I know these ones are not mine! However, I had no proof or pics to prove otherwise. So nothing I could do! Except not return in the future.. I loathe the fact that so many companies  are unaccountable in this country! And thinking we, the public are stupid!Service:&nbsp;General repairs &amp; maintenance

I can not find the correct words to express how freaking amazing the experiences have been with this company! Professional, affordable, communication on point, swift replies on emails/calls etc. and the turn around time on the repairs even though they are under staffed is lightning fast! I would 100000% recommend them.Service:&nbsp;General repairs &amp; maintenance

*EXCEPTIONAL*  If I could give 10 stars I would.  I have taken my Mini Cooper S to Ricky and team on multiple occasions ranging from a simple service to serious mechanical repairs. Every single time RB Autoworks has delivered exceptional service in both knowledge about the vehicles and workmanship - better than I have received from BMW dealerships and other independent specialists in the past. In summary: - Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. - Neat, professional workmanship. - Regular updates on progress paired with detailed reports. - Well priced.  I highly recommend taking your BMW/MINI in to RB Autoworks. Well done Ricky and team!
