Have had a terrible experience with one of the agents from this branch. As a courtesy I'm not going to name her here, but her lack of respect for existing occupants/tenants is quite despicable. She made numerous appointments to show the property to which she simply never showed up. Excuses like 'the message didn't go through' are not acceptable. You're supposed to be professional. Furthermore, these agents DO NOT have a right to snoop and open people's closets. This happened more than once and is a major invasion of a persons privacy. Show some respect. If your client wishes to have a look, you ASK PERMISSION. It's called manners. Its not difficult, just common decency. EDIT: Hi. Thank you for you response, it is much appreciated. My intention with the review was to highlight some unacceptable and oft-ignored negative experiences. I'm not willing to name and shame as it would not be helpful or achieve anything; I'm not looking to destroy a person's career over a few mistakes. This is not even an isolated incident and has happened before with other agencies and their agents. If I may make a suggestion, consider having your agents reaffirm with their clients certain protocols and acceptable behaviour during the viewing? Hoping for some positive changes to this side of the process. Regards Gareth
