Sorry that I can't give 0 stars. What a scam of a company. The so called Principal, Hennie Steyn, promises the world with first meetings. Once you sign an agreement, the service levels changes to close to nothing. Paying a commission every month for handing the tenants money over to the owner, is not much value for service. Realnet South Africa also doesn't do much to solve problems, as they just forward emails on to the Franchise again. I will never in my life be so stupid again to go into any agreement with any of this group of companies again.

Super unprofessional. After their “property management” we have a house with a lot of damage. Mr Steyn never informed us about this damage and even gave the deposit back to the tenants in full. Stay away!

The worst service ever .Appointments are not kept contractual agreements not met .They take management fees and provide no services. Hennie the owner gives a run around one year outstanding water payments.Horrible think twice
