Our offering includes rentals, sales and management of Residential, Commercial and Industrial Properties. We also offer a consulting service for all maintenance aspects of the properties as well as a full and in depth Due Diligence Service especially with the buying, selling and management of Commercial and Industrial Properties. We interact with private individuals, as well as listed companies.
Although we are based in Centurion, our residential activities include areas in the greater Pretoria (North, West, South and especially the East of Pretoria), Midrand and the North of Johannesburg, including Sandton. Our Commercial and Industrial activities are country wide. If we cannot offer the service required, we will interact with associates to deliver the required services/inquiries.
The approximate value of properties currently managed by us , is in the region of R320 Million.
