Honestly terrible customer service. Reached out to their agent as we were interested in organizing a viewing. Sent inquiries, messages and calls but nothing. Eventually I had to call the office, even after that the agent just ghosted me. I think it's because we are black trying to rent in a white neighborhood. We will report this treatment.

Most unprofessional agency. Worst experience we have ever had dealing with an estate agent. We were sold a house with a 'doctored' COC, and after our sale we had to have an electrician come out and fix faulty connections. We were also unable to be provided with building plans, but assured that everything was built according to ordinance. Come to find out that everything after 1984 was built without adjustments to the plan. They do not deserve this single star, and I would caution anyone dealing with this company to make sure that there is not somewhere they can take a shortcut, because I assure you they will.

One been with this agency for many years and can't be happier. Strongly recomended for worry free operation

Congratulations Rawson for hiring staff that go the extra Mile! Laura Smith is definitely a gem and even though I haven't listed anything yet I'll definitely be referring her to anyone I know. She is professional and extremely helpful.

Spoke to one of their agents about renting my flat out, very professional but he postponed our meeting 3 times at the last minute the last was when I was already at my flat due to being "swamped". I just wouldn't have piece of mind knowing that the same lack of urgency will be given to any tenant issues that may arise down the line. It's a pity as they sound great on paper.

The most pathetic service I've ever encountered. They expect new tenants to move into dirty flats then tell you to pay for the previous tenant's mess.

i asked for them to contact me regarding letting out of a property. they have not returned my calls to date

Friendly staff. Quality houses. They go the extra mile to find what you are looking for.

If you want a house, go to them. Very friendly people that work here.
