Restaurant and bathroom was clean and the waiting service prompt, friendly and efficient. The breakfast menu surprised with decent low carb options.  The breakfast for our table of 3 arrived simultaneously and was scrumptious.  Well done Spur for getting breakfast right! A hidden gem in my opinion.

The Spur was empty - only 3 tables. It was my son’s birthday. They did not have the promotional item.  Burnt a toasted sandwich. Still hadn’t brought the replacement by time rest of us finished eating. No singing for my son though I told them it was his birthday. PatheticFood: 1/5

We went to celebrate my grandfather's birthday by having some dinner and we could've found a better waitor than Siyabonga. His service and patience was a 10/10.Food: 5/5

Amidst the long queues before the Sting concert, the experience was brilliant. The manager communicated well with those waiting in line to be seated, the waiters and floor managers were friendly and efficient. The service was excellent - even with the restaurant being at full capacity. The food was fantastic. We will definitely be back at the Spur at Sun Arena.

Yummy food, big portions!

What a delightful experience we had at this Spur while waiting for Sting concert of the 5th of February 2023. We were guided to a seat promptly while there were ques at other restaurants! Food were top notch! Special thanks to our waiter Otilia she was a superstar! By far one of best Spur experiences in a while!

Our daughter had a voucher from her school for a kiddies meal. To my knowledge a kiddies meal is food, drink, dessert and a toy. She only received the burger and drink. The waitress herself wasn't sure and asked the manager who said No dessert and no toy. The bill was also incorrect.  We were charged for the kiddies drink and then upon checking with the manager again, she removed the drink from the bill. No management presence at all. The managers were just sitting at a back table near the grilling station enjoying laughs amongst themselves. My hubby and I ordered a meal to share. No extra plate was given, we had to use the side plate that the cutlery came on.

Oh my …Ms Otilia , best waitress of the year ! Exceptional service, friendly, beautiful smile, helpful ,fast and efficient. I will be coming back because of her! Thanks Otilia . Thanks spur !
