Forti Grill and Bar is a very upmarket restaurant catering for Sun International VIP clientele, Diplomats and high profile businessmen and socialites with a beautifully and luxuriously appointed dining room and kitchen offering service and cuisine of an exceptional standard. The restaurant will seat 180 and includes 2 private rooms and a full temperature controlled cellar and elegant bar serving some of the most exclusive drinks in SA. There is an outdoor terrace featuring pergolas with private tables, outdoor tables and lounge seating.
The wine list has been put together by expert sommeliers to feature some of South Africa’s greatest wines as well as a fine international selection. There is also a fantastic signature cocktail list. The menu features a fine selection of selected free range meats including the famous marbled Wagyu beef, and fresh fish daily. There is a beautiful pasta bar where pasta is made in real time for customers who watch the show. The whole kitchen is state of the art and clients can watch the action unfolding in front of them through a giant viewing window. A further attraction is a working butchery section in the restaurant where meat is cut to size for special orders for clients right in front of them with a special charcuterie hanging section.
