Please don't try to phone their office, they don't answer, you will only frustrate yourself. Make sure your documents are in order and then you will not have a problem. Very friendly and efficient staff. For the limited services they offer, most definitely worth driving out to Cullinan. Well done ladies and gentlemen, I recommend you any time

Arrived mid morning. No queues and the staff were very efficient and friendly. All in all the application took 15 minutes. Very impressed

Wonderful experience, there was no queue when I got there on a Friday at 12, and the lady was super helpful in applying for my marriage certificate. They DONT TAKE CARD, so make sure to have cash on hand, but there are atms across the road if need be.

If you are willing to wait outside, standing most of the time for at least 2 hours just to collect your ID Document... then by all means go there! I should have rather drove to Bronkhorstspuit...

The building might be small and delapedated, but the service is 100 times better than the HA office in Centurion. Queues are short, people are friendly and helpful

Pleasantly surprised. I went there at about 2pm and they were happy to help, only a few people in the que. They don't offer all services, only unabridged certificates and temp ID but the staff are friendly and very helpful. Applied for 5 certificates no problem.

I was at this branch of HA in April to do a birth certificate for my son and a temp ID for myself. There was no line and we were in and out of there within 30 minutes. Bring cash and photos and you'll probably be out much faster.

Probably the best DHA office in SA. Super friendly and efficient staff and virtually no queues. Just remember to being cash-you can't pay by card. They also don't do all services. For example, you can't do biometrics there. But you can register births and deaths, get impediment letters, birth certificates, and temporary IDs. For IDs be sure to bring photos.

1 year after applying for documents still nothing ready.

Great service, friendly staff; was in and out in an hour for birth certificate and passport applications. My passport was ready to collect just six days later. ..including the weekend ! When I went to collect I was in and out within 15 minutes! Can't recommend it more highly
