Long queues with staff working slowly. Waited for a whole 4 hours for collecting ID, plus we queue outside while there are empty chairs inside. People known by workers just come late and they are assisted within a few minutes, while others are waiting outside for hours. What worries me most are the ladies with babies waiting outside on the floor for hours!

The service is very poor. You will queue the whole day and chances are you might be turned back home.

I would give them 5 star but they open late and operate slowly lord is there any help gorm department

At this level they're only taking 30 people for new Id, new birth certificates, collections of ID and temporary ID.The queue starts as early as 4am just to get the service to be honest HAZYVIEW HOME AFFAIRS is a nightmare. Death certificate are done all day and there's no queue for it.

For 3 weeks we are trying to pick up IDs that is ready for collection but the line is always so long and when you get to the front "" "" "sorry our system is offline" "" " 3 weeks.... Going 4 times a week.... I also want to see if my marriage status have changed but also no help nothing... Worst worst service ever.... Best is to go the extra mile to sabie!!!

We came around 4 only to find out that we were on the wrong line, the security lady is rude she doesn't know how to talk to people.... Worst nightmare shame Hazyview Home affairs needs new graduates to work at bcos the staff are slow

This place is always full and the lines, are always long, and the is no proper service delivery. But the is one female Security, that is always trying to push the line and makes people's to understand.

Long queues with lazy and idling staff. I queued from 07:00am to 18:00 hours for nothing and our government is doing nothing about it

Hard working people staff members keep doing the great job ur doing

Why there's only 1 official working on the birth and death certificates counter whilst there's a number of people standing doing nothing? Quite a frustrating experience.
