My review below is based off a complaint I had sent directly to Reitzer to which I received a response from the owner taking absolutely no consideration into the problem of his product. Claiming that the problem must lie with me and etc etc. Their Treet-It lip balm melts from the moment you start using it. If you put it in your pocket it ruins your clothes as the product melts all the way down to the twister. This happens in the middle of winter when it's extremely cold so it is definitely NOT a summer or extreme heat problem as they claim. Other brands you can put in your pocket and it doesn't melt. And I am also referring to natural products. I have used this product for over 15 years and only in the last two and half years has this problem occurred. I brought it up to them and they claim they haven't changed any products or manufacturing processes but then why only in the last two and a half years has their product melted with almost no heat around it. They refuse to even look at the complaint as a valid complaint and put all the blame on the customer. I would be wary of supporting their other products.
Previously only Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser would clean my face without leaving it dry and flaking but since I tried Pure Gentle Cleanser and then Pure Child Wash it is a similar, if not better experience. Thanks Reitzer Healthcare for providing us with more affordable high quality gentle cleansers like these. I also love Pure Glycerin Cream, I apply it before applying tretinoin and it's a good buffer, it gives my skin a soft texture.
Very rude receptionist.. Absolutely not interested in listening. Totally rude, no customer courtesy and lack of respect. Definitely not buying anything and my relatives will also follow suit!!!
Since my 10 year old son was very little, he has very bad allergic reactions to mosquito bites. The area swells and he gets very little relief from meds taken after the bite. Anti mozzi cream has been amazing in avoiding being bitten at all. Even though I've tried other anti mosquito creams, nothing works like this. Its safe for all ages, it smells amazing and its so moisturizing. Total winner product! Well done on keeping the standards so high for the past 10 years.
Thank you for your reply. Thankyou for your concerns. We are always l On the lookout for pure distilled bottled water. She only took a mouth full to test for reaction. A reaction was felt and We stopped the experiment. Yes after reading your Q&A section about distilled my question was answered. Maybe a warning/advisory added to label for future reference. So far all bottled water contains Sulphates.
Rreitzer products are perfect you can try them out yourself. you will never go wrong..
