Promoting Restorative Justice practices as a means to peacebuilding and the constructive resolution of conflict.
RJC promotes peacebuilding through restorative justice and conflict transformation processes, by partnering with communities, other organizations and
the criminal justice system.
This is used to develop principled responses to crime, conflict and victimisation. These responses address the needs and harms of victims and encourage offenders to accept responsibility, by making things right and changing their behaviour, and in turn reducing the likelihood of re-offence.
We strive for an empowering organisational environment in which staff and volunteers can flourish and fulfil their purpose.
