Today I helped a friend to do the registration of my old decoder I gave him in his name. And it was very sad for me to see how this business has gone backwards. The staff looks like they are doing you a favour to help you, not energetic or friendly at all. I did not interact much with the staff but the little I did I just wanted to run for the door and never return. Never have I seen such an unmotivated team it was really sad. People were piling up service was super slow, you can't pay in cash the eft machine does not work, the system is offline people don't know where to go it almost felt like I was in some municipal or government deparment where nothing works. That +/- hour I spent there waiting you could just see the frustration on everyone's faces. Very sad truly is, this was a flourishing business not so long ago...But I am very happy that I no longer have DSTV because I really would hate to go back to that place.

Really disappointed at the service. Some staff just stand around and try look busy while the queue almost went to the door. Only when people started audibly complaining to each other did a second person come to assist customers.

I received great service from the moment I walked in to scan the decoder. The staff is very friendly, thank you.

No solution. Had to pay Dstv R1706 for arrears amount, which can not be, paid by debitorder. Excuse that I have to sort it out with Dstv. Tried with no success. They should not be representing Dstv and can not stand for it.

Such bad experience. They came to install my upgraded Explora Ultra. Such incompetance, did not even see the led light was off. When we tried watching a show before 5 we realised they did not complete the installation, there was no internet connection. On phoning they were already "diep in die lokasie" and only offered to help tomorrow when we have a prior appointment. Never going to upgrade again, worse technicians.
