The most horrible experience ever..the branch in Kimberley is just the worst..they're technician was despatched to install my dish and the channels have been buffering ever since...I asked that they resend him but they never did...their Manager Dion couldn't care less Zenobia was of no help either...now the new guy tells me I must pay a callout fee for another technician to be sent out....so so dissapointed
Got helped by Senobia, she gave me an excellent service in he capacity, however the branch has to get chairs as there's not even one chair for the customers. Elderly customers have to stand in a long que and the service is slow as there's normally around 3 people working out of 6 working stations.
Upgraded to explora ultra and extra view. I was given an amount when i enquired about the purchase price and instalation. When I got there I had to pay R200 more as the person I enquired with gave me an incorrect pricing. 2 packages activated and not what was requested. I was charged for it and they wanted to keep me liable for service fees and excess fees and I dont know what else which is unacceptable. Had I received what I requested all would have been great. Kept on switching off my service for it. The technician was very helpful though but received no support from their contact centre. I spend lots of time on the phone trying to get them to fix it wasted airtime and nothing was done. No notes on the conversations captures. I kept having to explain myself from scratch. Frustrating
Very helpful and friendly Service via Telephone and in store.
There are 6tills but only two people were working. Having to wait for almost and hour to get assisted can't be the norm.
Terrible service. Never going back there again unless I want idiots helping me
No long queues but you do have to wait for a while for technical support. Once its your turn the service is quick and efficient.
Friendly, efficient service & affordable prices. Will recommend them to anyone!
