RibCo - Scottsville Mall

Really bad ,unwelcoming service from a staff member at scottsville today. Attitude, unfriendly. Made my son feel bad to ask for service. When the service is bad , its puts a damper on enjoying your meal. Not kid friendly, even when asking for a basic thing like a menu. That lady needs to be retrained or removed

Ayi shame I'm giving up.The chips are dry and old and they are damaging my tongue. To me its like its yesterday 's chips.even the ribs are burnt .this is my second experience i don't know why I'm still buying their food.they need to change their standard. So disappointed. At this moment I just fixed myself peanut butter sandwich. What a waste of my R200

Hi , I'm really not sasfied with service at Ribco Scottville and this is not the 1st time, I was served by Thobeka. And I was told they do not cut ribs if u request. Please if that is the case, put a notice so that we are all aware.

I ordered 1kg ribs and they gave us mashed up pieces of meat, its as if they scraped it from the bottom of the pot at gave it to us. There were only about 5 proper ribs in the bag. What a waste of my money.. really disappointed. I would put 1 star but that seems a bit too harsh

Had no choice but to order from Ribco last night as they were the only restaurant open at that time. I am not a rib fan but that rib burger was absolutely amazing.Tender,flavourful and well priced for what you get. I will definitely be supporting them in the future.

The ribs do not taste the same. It's like they no longer even try. Bought some and they tasted over-boiled with sauce dumped on top of them. Nasty. They did not even look appealing. I called to let them know, was given a run around instead of an apology.

Good service you don't spend much time waiting for your order

Gosh i love this place, i drive from Durban just to dine here, meals up standards, friendly staff.

First time getting niblets they were really good but the ones I bought today ayy it's like they gave me left overs they are even burnt mxm ayy I give today's order 1star I can't even eat this.
