I didn't know that at Richards Bay post office you can now renew vehicle licence,up until i read on the Baywatch newspaper. I went there yesterday,there was a training in progress but their service was better and there were 3 people on the queue much better than standing on long queues at Traffic departments. Im sure once they are done with the training,it will be the best place.
Today 04/09/2020 I received a terrible service from one of the tellers a light skinned guy who shouted at me. I was on the queue when I got to the teller, she showed where I should go queue little did I know that I will be shouted at.
Service is pathetic! Only 2 cashiers open and 1 sits waiting for customers to certify documents. Doesn't service any other customers and has long periods with no one in front of her.
10 service tellers but seems like only 3 or 4 people are actually working here. Terribly slow
Post office closed again, poor management
Telephone not working, PO box deliveries are not working
