River Lodge in Klerksdorp

I wish there was something nice to say about the place,except the well maintained lawn.Staff is friendly and helpful,but accommodation

Iyoooooo the is really nothing good to say about this place. The rooms are filthy and spiders everywhere.. no hot water, bath tub and basins are dirty. I wish I took pictures.. this place needs proper maintance and you should stop selling us something diffrent when we check it on Google it's beautiful but go there iyoooo dissaster ‍‍‍. I went there on the 26 November 2022 to attend a wedding. We were given a key written new room that is based in the house and we happen to enter the room via the kitchen ohhh my Godness‍‍‍ dirt, dirt, dirt!!!!! And worse part of it there was two vas with old flowers that caused a room to have small insects flying all over the room. We had to ask for a mirror, basin and hot water but we were assisted interms of that. The staff is friendly and willing to help but the owner must please maintain that place. Until then I will never recommend it to anyone. The rooms have an awful smell. The pool was dirty‍. I can't deal yhoooo aaa!!!!!!

-Extremely dirty rooms, -Dirty towels, -Untrustworthy manager Dineo -Blocked toilets -stinking bathrooms - disgusting basins -not working showers. Yet we were penalised R2400 on top of paying the full amount which was requested for the venue and also after Dineo has "allowed" us to stay until the morning comes because we were from Bloemfontein. I cannot recommend this place to anyone in the future. And at some point around 20:00 on the 26th November, the lights were switched off. ... River lodge was just a nightmare

Customer service was great nd the ladies know how to treat guests.they are very welcoming nd friendly

The place doesn't small good and the pools are not clean

The place needs renovations because it's not wow but the staff are friendly .

Even though it was raining,the rooms are clean,the grass is beautifully maintained. The staff are super wonderful.i will definitely come back.

It's a great place BUT the service does not meet the expectations... I wish they could improve on services
