The worst service and experience ever. I made a large order for furniture as I was furnishing my first house. I waited over 5 months for the furniture and when it arrived they delivered wrong beds that were not the same as their website. Furthermore I had to arrange my own delivery which cost me over R6000, which they said they would pay but never did. The sales person never answers calls or calls back , I have had to make numerous trips to the store and when I get there they say they have no power only the owners do but they are never available. I am still waiting for them to collect the wrong beds and refund one month later. I would not recommend anyone to buy furniture from them at all. Have a look at was was on their website and what was delivered.
What can I say? Not the best customer service. The showroom has nice furniture but what you will receive very underwhelming, you have to be very careful with these ones, excuses left, right and center. The first visit obviously goes well because they want to make a sale but after that you'll see flames. You are warned. There's a reason why they have so many 1 star Believe them. The 5 star reviews seems to be fake. The furniture is ordered/made in China and they'll tell you that it is shipped from Italy... Pure lies BECAREFUL, BEWARE
This company it's a scam they will sell for you plastic and tell you it's genuine leather. They will rip you off never trust what they post. I thought they are authentic before I see flames from their so called leather couches.
Anyone please help how one gets a hold of the owners at Joy/Riverwalk furniture! It cannot be acceptable, on any standard that one has to wait for over 5 months for their furniture! I am beyond frustrated and just not winning with the sales person at the shop. Please help!
I thought Joy Furniture was what l saw on the reviews that l saw all thanks to Good services with the call centre that convinced me to not look on the negative reviews rather come and see for my self
Krista had told me in October I would receive my furniture before Christmas it's a few days before when I call in for my order she screams and says I shouldn't question her she is the worst sales person I have ever dealt with she has no etiquette and will end up closing the company down at the rate she's going . Joy furniture I suggest u find urself more professional staff .. right now I've paid a lot of money for a lot of furniture and have had no feedback I won't be surprised if they even give me what I had paid for at all and no1 in this place can tell me wen I will ever get wat I had paid for
Worst company ever. They should be SHUT DOWN. They order mattresses from us and then NEVER PAY. Yolande is one of the owners of Joy's Furniture and she is full of empty promises. PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. She lies and does not keep her promises. You will not get any GOOD SERVICES from her or her company. Good Riddance. I will pay for the 5 mattresses she ordered and I know GOD will send people to buy them from me. PLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. We will put them on Hello Peter as well

Their Furniture is wonderful And their service is exceptional including good delivery thank you Guys Christa and the team
I once went to joy furniture in 2020 and it was a mess and l was so disappointed with their services but when I went back today it was better than ever keep improving guys well done
