Rivonia Crossing 2, Citroen

Just went in to the SPAR to get a few things this morning and had a disappointing experience. The queue was super long so my bf and I decided to use the pay point near the entrance - there was a short queue there but when we joined the line, security immediately made his way over and stood guard as if we were going to run out the store without paying. Nobody else was treated this way. Once it was our turn to pay for our items, the teller repeatedly clicked her fingers at us, screaming “next” - such unprofessional behaviour. We paid and I had to ask the teller for my receipt. Several people walked out the store with their goods with no issues and no stops - but we were asked to stop and show our slip for our items to prove we paid. This was discrimination at best and my bf suspects that it was based on the fact that we’re an interracial couple - disgusting treatment, SPAR!

One of the most Beautiful Spar stores I've been in....a hidden gem, great staff with the offering to really keep one happy,coffee shop Bean Tree,Pizza place,The fresh offering at their HMR BAKERY and BUTCHERY will feel up your cupboard with great pricing

Rivonia Crossing is a local centre off Witkoppen. The entrance can be a bit tricky. Overall a nice centre that also has a PnP. There are a variety of shops on the premises. I visited Toms store. The parking can be a bit confusing as each bay is allocated to certain shops/customers. However it's not a train smash. It's safe and has guards on the premises which is boom controlled. Great centre which is well kept.

Great location for a small centre, very big pity that they got rid of the restaurants which were here. Ample parking and safe.

Great shopping, the Bean Tree Cafe breakfast for pensioners is great value. We find staff there always pleasant.

The good restaurants have left, disorganized shopping centers have moved in.
