These are some of the worst people and organization of government to deal with. It's so bad that it's criminal conduct what they are doing to me and my wife as accident victims. We were disabled in an accident in 2017 and they have done nothing to assist me. I have made 9 phone calls in one day, every call was cut after my identity number was requested. To me that is a major concern. It smacks of laziness and a dysfunctional organization that is funded by my taxes and fuel levy. The Minister of Transport and CEO for the RAF is invited to meet me. I dare you to try and disprove your corrupt behavior.

Great training. We were well treated. Biometric security is another suprise. We can improve some glitches. It is interactive platform.

It's a great place located on the Embassy building, 188 Anton Lembede St, but their working hours doesn't match with the one they filled on Google, it would be greater if they could fill correctly their working hours

The staff on the ground floor are very helpful and always on lookout for you. But unfortunately I can't say much for rest of the staff in that building.

They are helpful specially the security guard its gives you the correct information and where to go when you are there thanks so much.

This lady named khathija working at this place took money from me and a friend of mine last year she's only paid part of the money, when asked as to when is she going to pay the rest of the money she has a dont care attitude and doesnt give us a straight answer and she blocked our numbers

Must use a lawyer. Lose your documentation. Poor quality contol. Poor evaluation of claims. When u visit they said they call you but never do. Need to be micro managed.
